Booking Fees
Between 1-6 passengers
for 1 activity = $10.00
for 2 activities = $15.00
for 3-4 activities = $25.00
for more than 4 activities = $30.00
Between 7-14 passengers we charge a supplement of $10.00
based on the number of activities booked*
Between 14-24 passengers we charge a supplement of $20.00
based on the number of activities booked*
25+ passengers we charge a supplement of $40.00 based
on the number of activities booked*
* for example, 10 people booking 3 activities would pay
a booking fee of $35.00 and 18 passengers booking 2 activities
would pay a booking fee of $35.00.
Booking Conditions
Booking Fee will be collected at the time of confirming
the reservation and is non-refundable.
Visa or MasterCard will be required at time of booking
and will be given to the operator to guarantee your reservation.
Other cancellation charges will be determined by the
individual operator and are not the responsibilty of the
booking agent.
Payment for the activity will be made directly to the
operator on the day of the activity.
Only the Booking Fee will be charged at the time of booking.
All other payments are made directly to the attraction.
Cancellations can be made without charge 48 hours prior
to the activity. Booking Fee will not be refunded.
Please ask the individual operators for details of their
cancellation charges within 48 hours.
If you do not cancel and do not turn up for the activity
your card will be charged.
